I try to give my end-of-week post to other authors and bloggers whose work is worth noting. There are so many excellent articles out there, so many good poems and stories and artwork that I want to use my online space, once a week, to share something you might otherwise miss. This week, I wanted to feature an excellent post by Cristian Mihai: “What if I fall?” I’ve discovered, lost, and refound his post more than once, so I wanted to finally post it for all of you to enjoy. He talks about inspiration and daring to dream, and he asks us one of the toughest question of all: “What if you can actually do it?”
The other thing I especially loved about the post was his opening quote, which introduced me to the inspiring poetry of Erin Hanson.
“There is freedom waiting for you,
On the breezes of the sky,
And you ask “What if I fall?”
Oh but my darling,
What if you fly?”
