Jewel of Fire

What keeps you going

When other lights fade?

Beneath the layers

Past pride, past glory, past fear.

A glint in the shadows

The sparkle of a Gem

Faith

A trust that you can make it.

That if you keep polishing

The facets that could cut you.

And keep shining

A change will come.
